UTURN Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 16 March 2026 By participating in the Program, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals 18 years or older with a valid email address.
- Membership is free and no purchase is required to join.
- Members may join in-store or via UTURN’s loyalty portal.
- UTURN reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership at its discretion.
2. Program Availability
The UTURN Loyalty Program applies to in-store purchases only.
- Purchases made through the UTURN online marketplace or through third-party sellers do not earn loyalty points.
- Points may only be earned and redeemed at participating UTURN retail stores.
- Participation in the Program may vary by store location.
3. Welcome Offer
New members receive 10% off their first purchase.
- The welcome discount is applied by staff in-store at the time of sign-up.
- The discount applies to full-price items only unless otherwise specified.
- The welcome offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless stated otherwise.
- Loyalty points begin accumulating from the next purchase following sign-up.
4. Earning Points
Members earn points on qualifying in-store purchases.
Points are calculated based on the purchase value excluding taxes, discounts, gift cards or returned items.
Tier Earn Rates
Uturn Club
Spend: $0 – $49
Earn rate: 1 point for every $2 spent
Gold – In the Loop
Spend: $50 – $299
Earn rate: 1 point for every $1 spent
Platinum – Full Circle
Spend: $300+
Earn rate: 1 point for every $0.80 spent
- Tier qualification is based on total spend over a rolling 12-month period.
- Members automatically move between tiers based on their spend.
- Points are typically credited to the member’s account within 48 hours of a qualifying transaction.
UTURN may also award points through special promotions, events or marketing campaigns.
5. Rewards & Redemption
Members may redeem points for reward vouchers.
Reward Conversion
200 points = $5 reward voucher
- Reward vouchers are issued automatically when a member reaches the required points threshold.
- Vouchers may only be redeemed in-store.
- Multiple reward vouchers may be used in a single transaction (“voucher stacking”).
- UTURN reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers that may be used in a single transaction where necessary.
- Points and reward vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- UTURN may restrict redemption on selected products, promotions or transactions.

Members receive a birthday reward depending on their loyalty tier.

Birthday reward: $15
Platinum – Full Circle
Birthday reward: $20
- Members must provide a valid birth date in their loyalty profile to receive birthday rewards.
- Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If a product purchased using loyalty points or reward vouchers is returned:
- Any points earned from the purchase will be deducted from the member’s account.
- If reward vouchers were used in the purchase, the value of the voucher may be deducted from the refund amount.
UTURN reserves the right to determine appropriate point adjustments for returns or exchanges.
8. Points Validity
Loyalty points do not expire while the Program remains active.
UTURN reserves the right to introduce point expiry rules in the future with reasonable notice to members.
9. Account Maintenance
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including their email address and date of birth.
UTURN is not responsible for communication issues resulting from incorrect or outdated information.
Members may check their points balance and transaction history through their loyalty account.
10. Fraud, Misuse & System Errors
UTURN reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected fraudulent activity
- Cancel memberships
- Remove points or rewards obtained through misuse or abuse of the Program
Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between members.
UTURN also reserves the right to cancel or adjust points or rewards issued due to system errors or technical issues.
11. Program Modifications or Termination
UTURN reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time, including:
- Changing earn rates
- Adjusting reward thresholds
- Updating benefits or promotions
If the Program is discontinued, members will be provided with reasonable notice to redeem any remaining points.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with UTURN’s Privacy Policy.
