How can I donate clothes?
You can donate in two simple ways:
- Drop your items at any Uturn store.
- Use a donation bin near you (find your closest location via the donation bin locator on our website home page).
What items do you accept?
We love donations that are in good shape and ready to be loved again. Great items include clothing, accessories, bric-a-brac, and small home items.
Before donating, please make sure everything is:
- Clean and in good condition
- Free of odors or dampness
- Without tears, stains, or heavy wear
- Maintains its original shape and usability
What happens to my donation after I drop it off?
Every donation enters a sorting process where it’s given a second chance. The best pieces are curated for resale in-store, while others are redirected through responsible recycling or community pathways ensuring value is never wasted.

How often do you restock?

All sales are final. As a second-hand retailer, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.
