Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Uturn’s Loyalty Program! By joining our loyalty program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

• The Uturn Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address.
• Membership in the Program is free and no purchase is necessary to join.
• UTURN reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time.

2. Enrolment

• To enrol in the Program, customers must sign up through Uturn's retail stores or online marketplace.
• By enrolling, members agree to receive communications related to the Program, including promotions, updates, and offers.

3. Earning Points

• Members will earn loyalty points for every purchase made at Uturn's retail stores or online marketplace.
• Points are awarded based on the total amount spent, excluding tax, shipping, and discounts.
• Points may also be earned by participating in special promotions or activities as communicated by Uturn.
• Points will be credited to the member's account within 48 hours of a qualifying purchase or activity.

4. Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts or special offers, as determined by Uturn, both online and in-store.
• Uturn may, at its discretion, impose restrictions on point redemption, such as minimum point thresholds, selected resellers only, or limits on certain products.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the member who earned them.

5. Points Expiration

• Loyalty points will expire 12 months after they are earned if they are not redeemed.
• Members will receive notifications prior to the expiration of their points.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• If a member returns or exchanges a product for which they earned loyalty points, the corresponding points will be deducted from their account.
• If a member has already redeemed the points earned on a returned item, the return will be processed minus the value of the redeemed points.

7. Account Maintenance

• Members are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date. UTURN is not responsible for communication issues resulting from outdated or incorrect information.
• Members can check their point balance and transaction history through their online account or by contacting customer service.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

• Uturn reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including point earning and redemption rules, at any time without prior notice.
• If the Program is terminated, members will have 30 days to redeem any unused points.

9. Fraud and Abuse

• Uturn reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity and may terminate the membership of any individual found to be engaging in such activities.
• Any abuse of the Program, including but not limited to selling points or transferring accounts, may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.

10. Privacy

• The personal information collected from members in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with Uturn's Privacy Policy.
